  Strange transaction, My phone showed that item was delivered & it wasn't, next day seller contacted me asking was it delivered, When I said no I was told he contacted delivery contractor & had no answer so he offered me refund. The item was to be for my Granddaughter but the seller didn't offer replacement. Really weird.
