  They sent the wrong color and offered a partial refund that I never got. I had to open up a case and talk to eBay to get my refund.

  We offered this buyer a prepaid return shipping label, but they refused and asked for money instead. They then waited less than a full business day before filing a claim for their $3 refund - which we issued regardless.
