    This item was as described in that it was an open, not in original packaging. However I’m not 100% sure that it wasn’t previously used. The point on the eyeliner was not pointed and had been smudged. I thankfully was still able to use this as I just removed part of the eyeliner. It did arrive fast and the price was fair for the condition.
