    While I had bad luck with the puzzle (missing pieces) the seller quickly addressed the problem and refunded the transaction. Had all the pieces been included I would have rated a 5. That said the product appearance was as advertised. The shipping package was very well packed and protected. The seller was very prompt in addressing and proved to be very reputable. I would not hesitate to purchase another used product (or new) from this seller. Very pleased with their customer service.
