    They initially sent me the wrong item. The 600 extra battery instead of the 1500 battery. But I returned the item and they sent me the correct battery. It took a few weeks from start to finish but all is well. Would buy from them again. customer service was good to me.

    I highly recommend this seller. Item came scratched. BUT seller made things right. By giving a partial refund. Seller communications was good. Responded in a timely manner. My only complaint is that they need to work on packaging items. To prevent items from being damaged.

    I ordered an almost new (display or return but not refurbished) The ad said it was tested & like new. It arrived defective (dangerous input level) & they offered replacement. I asked if it would be same quality or better (not an item that was repaired) and they say they will refund & I can repurchase new which the price on ALL power stations went up 30% for tariffs & a new one cost me hundreds more. Now I won’t have emergency backup & missed cheaper prices on other brands as wellAVOID SELLER!!
