    I would absolutely recommend this seller. I got a fabulous new MacBook Pro that was exactly as it was listed, in great condition for a fair price. Shipping was fast and well packaged. Funny story, I actually was looking for an MacBook Air but didn't even realize it was a pro until I opened it up. It was completely my fault as it was clearly listed but I thought it was funny because It was an even better price than I'd originally thought since it was a better laptop than I thought.

    Laptop works very well, condition looks brand new with minimal scratches, fantastic price for the specs, and packaged perfectly for shipping. I will only shop with Goroostr for refurbished tech from now on. Their communication was outstanding, messaging back right away when I had a question. They even informed me of battery cycles which is important with refurbished macs. The Mac air even came with updated Monterey OS and original charger. This company rocks!

    Buying a top line MacBook Pro on eBay? No problem at all with this seller! Terrific communication before purchase, answered my questions with detail. Described unit as "excellent" with maybe some barely visible nicks or scratches, but I found zero physical defects. Perfect condition and unexpectedly came with original box, and even the Apple stickers lol. Thanks!

    World Class seller!! I will only do business with GoRoostr for used/refurbished tech. They are reputable, fast, great responders and good people. When I purchased a MacBook from them with apple care, it arrived in better condition and value than promised and unfortunately the previous owner had canceled their apple care (which was promised) and GoRoostr responded in a matter of minutes offering to accept a free/full return or purchase EVEN BETTER insurance for 2 years longer than expect!!
