  Had to contact the seller, communication was good, seller responded within a day, there was a shipping issue that the seller resolved in a prompt manner however when I received the item and opened the box I found brown goo in the box, had to throw away the vacuum bags and roll (see pic). Not sure what it was or where it originated from, looked like chocolate milkshake had been spilled on the box, other than that the unit did work as described.
