  I ordered this item twice - the first time, I did not get delivery. The seller promptly issued a refund. I ordered it again and this time, I received delivery ahead of time.   The item was listed as new. It came in a ziplock bag, not the original new packaging. The item was an electronic and it was all scratched and dented, obviously used. I contacted the seller. The seller replied, “I am afraid u can peel the plastic cover up, it is a new product, thanks”. By the sellers reply, anyone can determine they are dishonest. Why would anyone buy something they need, scratch it up, and return it? Buyer beware! It was not in the original packaging. It’s clearly used.
