  Found these mics for a REALLY great price. They reached out to me right away and introduced themselves, and stayed in touch with me until item arrived and after words just incase I needed help with anything.   This is yet another example of countless customers that feel the same way. In fact, this was a sale in which we lost money on. The one thing my siblings tell me all the time (Family Owned Business). Is that I put so much energy into every customer no matter what they spend. This buyer has been on ebay for over 10yrs. and has purchased over a 1,000 times and said that this was the best he has ever been treated and no one else in all the years has ever shown genuine service like we did.

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this WONDERFUL company. Others I contacted right off the bat tried to hard sell me on music packages and things I really didn’t want. Then I found Madproaudio. From first contact Jeffery was a absolute pleasure to work with. He had outstanding customer service and talked me through different karaoke equipment and scenarios within my budget.   The customer has been on eBay for over 20yrs! Like many others before her, they all have said this is the best they have ever been treated! SHOP SMARTER, NOT CHEAPER. Support a dying breed of people that treat their customers like family! BTW, we did not price match, we just sold it at the fair average price and gave so much more above and beyond which makes us worth far more in the long run.

  Potential buyers: My father said it over 50yrs. ago and I have said it since day 1. LOOK at countless years of reviews. We don't care if you spend the next year reading reviews from every last company on the planet. You will NEVER find another us, it's that simple. We are NOT the cheapest, not perfect, nor the best. Yet all the other companies combined will NEVER come close to how much we genuinely care, doing right by our customers!

  We had a running joke that this customer was born in the 1800s as he was an old-timer. So for him to say Best experience ever, that echos thousands of others that say the same thing. The bottom line, the easiest thing you can do is find a cheaper price elsewhere. We don't play sales games, we simply give you WAY MORE than ALL the other companies combined, HANDS DOWN!
