Item was shipped quickly and was packed well, but unfortunately was not as described. All it said was look carefully at photos, but the photos were washed out with high exposure which made it hard to see all of the brown, permanent stains on the mug that you can't tell in photos. Very disappointing and not worth the $20 I spent.
