  I ordered 9-13 men Received 4-9 size. Pls send correct item. Message from seller. "Sorry the packaging from the supplier was mislabeled and our fault we didn't check label before shipping. As a result of this we are out of 9-13 size. You can open a case as "Item not described" and a return label will be provided at our cost to return for refund. Sorry for the hassle." Sorry too. Sellers like this keep me away form Ebay for months at a time! Not worth my time/money will donate
