  Quality, condition and appearance were all on track there was a little bit of kerfuffle when the wrong product had arrived. However they were prompt, responsive and corrected the situation. My wife and proxy I are very happy with the end results and will be looking for future products from this seller specifically.

It's possible something unfortunate happened to the seller but whatever the case - this seller is not actively managing their account right now and cannot be trusted to provide the product.
