  Item was delivered in perfect condition. Seller really did a great job packaging for safe arrival! Really love this computer, runs with power and no issues with any of the hardware! Customer service was outstanding as I ordered without a graphics card and mine didn't fit . I discussed with customer services and they were very helpfu;. In hindsight, I would have ordered with a graphics card.

  I just fired this unit up, so I can't speak to any long-term factors, but up to this point, everything has been fantastic. Seller's online device configurator is great, value is excellent for a custom-build, plenty of options. Seller was proactive in pointing out one component that might not be adequate, so I upgraded (minimal cost). They also upgraded the motherboard for free because the one I selected wasn't in stock, in order to ship as advertised. Two thumbs up!

  The first thing to say about Magic-Micro is that the system I ordered and received is amazing. The gentlemen there are most helpful, I place my initial order, and they called with a few questions, and we made a few changes. The machine arrived, and I fired it up and all was good, till a little hiccup, the USB ports had shifted, shipped it back -free. The turnaround was amazing. The machine is now up and running, and all is Amazing. I have NEVER received such amazing customer service in 40yrs.

  Fantastic seller constant communication and great recommendations. Atticus did a fantastic job and loving it, I wasn't sure on the cooling options or fans and the recommendations they provided were great along with the packaging so everything arrived as it should. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again!
