Thought the part was new, but only the outside bracket/case was. The seller thought it was new. Can't complain too much. My mechanic saved the old case. The part got here in a timely fashion. And it worked! I appreciate those things. The seller and I are still in discussion as to what kind of compensation would be acceptable. I would buy from him again, seriously.
