    The item came in a timely manner and appears to be fine .My only issue was that there was no manual or paperwork with it .The company associates were very helpful in sending me a PDF of that , but unless you deal with this type product all the time , the details I was seeking were somewhat sparse . I will not be installing this item until next year , at which time I may need more assistance , but the company reps. offered help if needed .

    When I received my cylinder the bottom out was not going to work with my project but they were very willing to work with me and gave me a partial refund and I still can use the cylinder and have the warranty I would definitely buy from them again
