Despite my repeated messages the seller failed to provide any proof of sending the item and continued to tell lies . It was an intervention by e Bay Customer Service that my payment was recovered.     I told this seller I needed this item for Valentines Day. He wasted weeks keeping my money. Promised to provide tracking number - never got it. After 3 weeks I messaged him to refund me or ship the item otherwise I’d report it to EBay. Horrible communication and service.

Then they promised the item will arrive on time when I ask specifically to express shipping. However, there was another two day delay in shipment of the item, and then as if I never asked For the item to arrive on a particular day. New year was ruined by the seller. Stay away.
