  The item was actually not available but the seller immediately contacted me and initiated a refund. My only complaint was the seller said there was a problem with the buyer’s address, which is not true. The item was found broken by the seller before shipment - that was the issue. Otherwise, seller was a great communicator, very responsive and courteous.
