    Purchase item on July 10 reached out to seller on July 27 still had not received item. Received box on July 28. Box was completely empty and mangled. I reached out to the seller right away. The seller declined my refund do not buy from them.

    BUYER IS NOT BEING ACCURATE OR TRANSPARENT. I SHIPPED THE ITEMS , PROVIDED A PICTURE OF THE ITEMS BEING PACKAGED AND DROPPED IT OFF AT MY LOCAL SHIPPING CENTER. WHICH WAS SUBSEQUENTLY DELIVERED. TO NO FAULT OF MY OWN USPS APPARENTLY MISHANDLED THE PACKAGE DURING TRANSIT. I REQUESTED THE BUYER TO FILE A REPORT WITH THE LOCAL POST OFFICE COURIER AND WITH AUTHORITIES AS THAT IS USUAL PROCEDURE FOR A STOLEN / MANGLED PARCEL. THE BUYER OPENED A CASE AND IS NOW LEAVING SALACIOUS FEEDBACK TO RETALIATE

    I Bought 2 hats that you could tell were shipped in a new box but got pretty crushed in their 11 day mail transit. Seller was in constant contact and insisted on sending replacements the day they arrived. Great guy, great communicater great product. 5 stars!!!
