    THE ITEM WAS BRAND NEW WITH TAGS , DURING INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT WHICH THE BUYER STILL HAS NOT PROVIDED PICTURES APPARENTLY THE TAG FELL OFF. There is nothing a seller even the most diligent one can do to prevent uncontrollable events that occur during dispatch. I spent a lot of money to package this item correctly, and immediately accepted the sellers return request as a gesture of Goodwill. This feedback is not representative of reality
