  The seller was great and did what she could to track my missing package. She finally refunded my purchase since FexEx exhibited its usual incompetence and failed to work with the seller to try and locate my missing shipment. I do not see how anyone can have confidence in FedEx anymore. Many times I have had them leave packages in open areas even during rainstorms{I have covered porches at both front and back of house). Go figure!!!!!!! NOT SELLER'S FAULT. ALL THIS IS ON FEDEX
