    I bought this and when it arrived found it was for a left-handed person. I am right-handed. 'Mama' did not respond until a couple of days later. When she did she told me she'd give me a partial refund, but that i should have known better looking at the photo. I told Mama that i have seen many many photos transposed. Every itemt that's lefty says so elsewhere. Then Mama ghosted me. Almost two weeks and no response / reply and no refund.

    Buyer demanded a partial refund, when sent, buyer denied the request, opened a return case. A few hours later they closed the return case and demaned a refund without the item being sent back.

    Product was listed as functional with only cosmetic damage. What we received was extremely frayed and dangerous. Purchased new wire ourselves only to find the microphone itself didn't work either. Knowing money is tight after the holidays, attempted to give seller a heads up. Received no reply then, nor when we initiated our return let alone an explanation or apology. Poor customer service. Intentionally dishonest product description.

    The wire they are showing in the photo was never pictured and was never to be sent with the item. (a big mistake by my husband) - item was tested prior to listing/shipment. about the no reply - our store was set away and had a automatic message saying we were away due to the holiday.
