THAT HOPEFULLY THEY WOULD FORWARD IT TO ME. I have worked in sales for 32 years, you send out another one immediately & request the one you sent to the wrong customer (supposedly) back to the seller. ya dont tell a customer "well hopefully he will forward it to you" this clown has no sense of customer service.
