  The necklace was sent out super fast, but unfortunately USPS lost the package, which is NO fault of the seller. So unfortunately I cannot speak to the description or packaging. BUT they responded quickly when I inquired about the tracking no longer updating and offered a refund even though it wasn't their fault. A+ seller!! I would buy from this shop again, no hesitation! Great customer service!

  the shipping was kinda, half handed a bit. but this seller was very understanding about the my item arriving totally damaged as soon as it was making rattling broken glass sounds before i even got around to opening the shipping . i totally appreciate this sellers good karma vibes involving the sitch and how i never got even see it work oven once. next time. maybe pack anything glass breakable with foam or bubble wrap so it ships safely.\\ , live long & prosper/peace & long life.
