  The item is genuine and new. Not used. So this is a trustable seller. Although I gave 4/5 for seller communication as I had sent a message. Just wasn't expecting no communication. Anyways thats my take. But the seller is very quick in shipping. The item description is correct. Better buy this cos I noticed seller is increasing the item by $10 now and then.   I maintain my opinion, one of the devices is in very bad condition as seen in the photos and the other, despite saying that it is the unlocked version, is from Verizon, which is not stated in the description. In addition, I had a problem with the shipment, which took more days than expected and the carrier was not responsible for the package. I wrote to the seller and did not get any kind of response. You are right, I should buy somewhere else and never with this seller again.

  This reseller is very problematic, full of lies. He once claimed item not received when tracking shows delivered on time. We described the phone as unlocked, which it is. There is nothing wrong if it is from Verizon, who frequently unlock their phones. We don't know the history of the phone and have no intention to provide it for hundreds of phones we are selling. If you have bizarre needs, you should contact seller BEFOREE making the purchase. No seller would like to sell to you.
