  Product wasnt as advertised, although the seller seemed unaware of the issues. Shipping Time was a little on the long side but overall not a terrible experience

  The buyer returned the item after claiming it was broken. We tested it, and it works perfectly. They misdiagnosed the problem in their vehicle. They also DEMANDED express shipping, which we ended up sending it priority mail, and ended up eating the additional shipping cost as they did not reimburse for it. Terrible experience with this buyer. We are now out $30 between shipping and fees. The item works just as described. We have video proof!
