  We have a few Windows 10 computers and wanted to watch blurays on them. The listing pictures and description looked like pulls from working computers. I received the drives and they were well packaged in crumpled paper and bubble wrap. The drives arrived just as they looked in the listing. They looked brand new with the exception of a few scratches due to being slid into previous computer cases. After installing them, Windows 10 recognized each drive immediately and they play great!
