    My item arrived with a broken wheel. Sadly, my recipient tossed the packaging, so I couldn't file a USPS insurance claim. I contacted the seller, who was unsympathetic, telling me to contact the USPS. As a fellow seller, I believe he could've done more to help (I would have done all I can). I was so excited to receive this car and give it to my 93 year-old car loving dad! Unfortunately, I had to give him a broken car that cost $110. Needless to say, I am not happy with my purchase.

    The car was shipped unbroken. I did the only thing I could do in shipping item priority with insurance. Putting in a claim is what needs to be done in this case. I was never told the story about the packaging.
