  This feedback is a mixed bag. Items were packaged well and as described. Shipping costs unrealistically too high. Refund only given on smaller package. They attempted to get me books I didn’t receive but left one out and said they’d look but consistently didn’t reply until I nudged with more messages. I tried to be nice by not asking for refund on shipping for larger order, but kinda regret that. They left a book out and didn’t follow up with me and still haven’t replied. Disappointing.
