    The wire baskets I ordered for my plants were poorly packaged in a cling wrap type plastic and arrived crushed and broken. They cannot be used. They should have been in a box. I sent the seller pictures. They were very unprofessional, only offering me a 20% refund, telling me to give them to someone else. What an insult. I would not give damaged, broken goods to anyone. I will report this as I spent $40 on something I cannot use. This is against the law as they are not fit for purpose.

    One of the more dodgy ones. I cancelled the order right away after paying as found out wrong item. Then seller claims to have sent it. They provided a tracking number afterwards, but courier never received item. Had to wait about a week before I could claim refund through item not received via eBay. All over $17? I'm not the one who's greedy and petty, could've just refunded me and save everyone the trouble. Bunch of liars. Thank goodness there was eBay protection. Thank you eBay.
