    The item looks exactly as posted, the packaging received was well packed even MIB. My biggest issue and problem behind the 1 star is that it smelled very strongly of mildew., I even threw it in the washing machine to try to get that smell out. It still smells like it. I’m going to have to try chemicals to see if it’s salvageable , but it’s incredibly disappointing to find something I’ve been looking for only to have a stench.

    Sorry for being disappointed with your purchase. That pencil case is originally packed and is new, however I am not aware of the mildew smell. I sold several of those with no problem. As you can see I sold hundreds of items with positive feedback because I am taking care of my customers well. You should have told me before you wash it. Anyway just return it for a refund including your mailing cost. Thank you.
