    I had a couple of questions before I placed an order and they responded within a few hours. In terms of the mat looking at it online doesn't do it justice. Very well made better then what you could get at most LGS. The only compliment is the packaging. It was rolled and placed in a shipping bag. I figured it was going to be shipped in a tube of some sort. But don't let that detract you ffrom ordering from them. My next play mat will be ordered from them.
