    I contacted seller prior to purchase in hopes of getting the item sent quickly as a gift for someone. He replied quickly and said he could ship the same day. Bit only did he do as he said, but it was at the post office within an hour of the time I purchased. Communication was excellent, and was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. The item showed up perfectly as described and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Would highly recommend buying from this seller.

    Unfortunately the blower came with a bad battery and William refunded me the total price to buy a new battery. He was very quick to respond and take care of the refund and I could not have been more happy with him and his service. There was plenty of cheaper batteries that were not the original battery that it came with and he refunded me for the real brand name battery. Thanks you so much William and I will buy from you every time I am looking for products on eBay.

Consulted with seller, who felt really bad that the item didn't work, and immediately issued me a FULL REFUND. A seller that I will DEFINITELY buy from again.
