I contacted the seller and they directed me to process a return and apologized right away. I was able to fix the issue with a BIOS update though so the issue was resolved.     When I initially received the product I was... disappointed the SSD was bent, I thought the SSD wouldn't work and I was very upset thinking I was scammed the SSD did work however I let the seller know that I was unhappy with the damage. The seller asked for a photo of the damage upon sending a photo of the damage to the seller. The seller was more than happy to send out a replacement they didn't even want a return they told me I could keep it or discard it they sent me a new SSD free of charge.
