  Worst eBay purchase experience ever! Seller was "rude and abusive" about purchase return. Then eBay mistakenly provided wrong USPS shipping label causing me to pay to ship even though Seller claims "free" returns. Spent last four weeks trying to reach Seller for the refund which I only recently received because his spouse was kind enough to process after I was able to contact her directly. Basically, Seller was going to keep the laptop and not refund!
