  I did not realize the item locks were broken even if the seller posted the pictures. And the price was sold as good one which confused me to thought that it was only second handed and not broken/damaged. I did not notice that until I received the package and argued with the seller, and they mentioned I should always check the post first, but they did not mentioned in any damage words in the post.
