  I am very pleased with my experience with this seller. My espresso machine was delivered on time, but when I opened the box, I discovered 3 pieces of the machine were broken. They agreed to send me two parts they had in stock and have already issued a partial refund to cover the cost of the part that I will have to replace on my own. I am happy to have had a good experience resolving the issue. Gave 4 star and not 5 because they might want to re-think their shipping methods/ materials.

  The box was so obviously damaged in so many ways, but the seller advertised it as New? Not sure why they were allowed to misrepresent their merchandise and waste the shipping costs. I appreciate the quick return authorization.
