  Very attractive price and good communication. I purchased this control board as a spare (had one fail previously), so I won't know about its functionality until it is desperately needed.   Thank you for the 5 star experience! I received the dryer circuit boards in a timely fashion. The parts were packaged very nicely. The items were exactly as described and as pictured. I was able to install the parts into my dryer and my dryer works great! Thanks for a good deal on a used part! ✌️ Seller is excellent with communication.   I gave a positive because the seller took accountability and fixed the problem at a discounted rate. I originally gambled and purchased a transformer at what seemed like an amazing price, as the price was very low and included shipping. Poorly taped box arrived empty and was compromised. Seller provided a more expensive transformer at the price of the original. Communication was excellent. Now all I have to do is see if the new transformer fixes my microwave!

  Sat forever with a tracking number and didn't get moving until I messaged the seller, however once I did it finally started moving and it arrived and was exactly what I needed to fix my customers unit. It was well packaged and price was excellent as part is discontinued and finding a brand new one like this was a unicorn. Overall very happy with the transaction.

  Our old 1991 Whirlpool dryer needed a new timer and A-Z had a really good one for a super nice price so I gave it a try. When it arrived I found the packaging job to include excellent padding and a well taped and tagged box. Nothing could go wrong and it did not. After installation, the timer ran backwards (not the drum) so I looked online and found a dozen opinions. I wrote to A-Z and they responded right away recommending reset. Unplug is reset - and it worked. A-Z = HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
