  Problem with the forks; mermaid forks instead of skeletons sent by mistake. This seller handled the mistake very graciously. The replacement took a while, and I was getting worried. Seller offered a 30% discount and processed the refund immediately. it was a low-cost item, so I was agreeable to their offer. Shipping took longer than expected, however due to my oversight, I didn't realize the item was shipping from overseas.
