    Buyer beware: Package very late. Asked seller to open a case with shipper. Seller said she opened case but never did. Took nearly a month to get package. Seller did nothing to hold shipper accountable. Additionally disappointed at how worn the item was. Very negative experience.

    I am so sorry you feel that I did not open a USPS claim on March 17th when you contacted me that you had not received it. I did open a claim immediately as the USPS acccepted the package on Feb 27th and the package was traveling back & forth between FL and NY. The claim id is 10655976.. I contacted you the day it was delivered to confirm receipt. Sorry you did not contact me instead of posting neg review. I also offer free returns, no need for neg review if unhappy with product.

    You choose USPS, the most inefficient and unreliable carrier in the world. You did so because it was cheap, but at the expense of the buyer. My package was sent to my city, caught in some seasonal weather occurance, and literally shipped backed to its origin. USPS IS INEPT AT DEALING WITH ANY SORT OF WEATHER ISSUE. You should know this as a seller.
