Seller suggested a 60% refund but I had no use for it. I was advised that would be at my expense and it would take a long time as it was China, postage to be refunded. That is a lot of inconvenience for their mistake. In the end, I took the 60% refund and will give the dress to a charity shop. Out of pocket. I have had dresses from China, before that were the right size.
