    This is an awesome seller. The item I bought arrived 3 days before the estimated delivery date and it was well packed with more than enough padding to ensure the DVD arrived the same way it was shipped. I did not have to contact the seller at all so I can not talk about communication but I am sure if I had to contact them, they would have responded quickly. The item was also exactly as described.
