  I asked if it was fake when I ordered the product. The seller immediately replied to me that there was no and that it was brand new. When I received the package, half of the 1 jars were empty and it was open. when I wrote to the seller, he did not answer me for a long time and offered to give me a $20 credit for a new jar. I said I was interested, I needed a refund, and he was missing again, not responding to me. Help me figure it out, I need my money back, not open fake perfume.
