    The seller Advertised a K-9pro but shipped me a K9 unit, which is several hundred dollars different. It is difficult to believe this was a mistake because the pro is indicated on the packaging. I attempted to allow the seller to explain themselves but received no response. Unfortunately, this seller does not communicate promptly and does not seem to understand the importance of ensuring that the product description matches what they are selling.

    Utterly terrible seller completely on autopilot. Will send automated emails pleading for positive feedback, but never once responded to any of my inquiries or met my needs. Listing was for the K9 Pro AK4499EQ Collector's Edition, but I ended up receiving the more standard ESS version instead. A clear cut item not as described for an open box item. The only silver lining was that the K9 Pro ESS I received was still in pristine and working condition. Still, buyer beware.

    The product arrived in the retail packaging and was undamaged and as described it would have been nice if it was double boxed or in a padded envelope seems to be new but product was not factory sealed so it's hard to tell. Seller has some recent bad reviews so I was somewhat apprehensive but this sale so far has been pretty much uneventful

    When it arrived the box was heavily damaged. However, the device itself and everything inside the box was in great condition. Thus, it's really no harm no foul! Seller sent the item promptly and I received a great price for it. Thus, overall I would recommend this seller again and would purchase from them myself again.

    The item came quick and it's phenomenal! The shipping was fast as well, great seller! Only issue I had was that it was missing 2 forms, and the sticker on the device was a lil crooked but that could've been a manufacturing issue, I'm not sure. I did reach out the seller and he said he would look into the 2 forms that were missing but it's not a big deal. One of them was the instructions but the instructions are online as a pdf.

    "Like new" item as described with good packaging and all accessories. Shipping was on the slower side. It took 5 days for the items to be shipped (and another 5 to arrive), but overall for the price it was good.
