    The seller Advertised a K-9pro but shipped me a K9 unit, which is several hundred dollars different. It is difficult to believe this was a mistake because the pro is indicated on the packaging. I attempted to allow the seller to explain themselves but received no response. Unfortunately, this seller does not communicate promptly and does not seem to understand the importance of ensuring that the product description matches what they are selling.

    Item was in great condition. There was a sticker on it that said new, but it had someone else's bluetooth linked already and showed up as Senheiser 560 on my devices. But the listing had open box, so not an issue. Seller sent it out quick. No problems to speak off and the price was great.

    Item was shipped quickly and arrived in the expected condition, in full working order. FT1 is a headphone that performs very well in its price category, and this seller's price offered a great value. The item was cosmetically as if brand new, as promised. I did have trouble contacting the seller by message, but if you know that what you are ordering is what you want, this seems to be a good seller to buy from, and I can say from related experience that they refund promptly on returns as well.

    Utterly terrible seller completely on autopilot. Will send automated emails pleading for positive feedback, but never once responded to any of my inquiries or met my needs. Listing was for the K9 Pro AK4499EQ Collector's Edition, but I ended up receiving the more standard ESS version instead. A clear cut item not as described for an open box item. The only silver lining was that the K9 Pro ESS I received was still in pristine and working condition. Still, buyer beware.

    THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered a BTR17. I received a BTR13 in a BTR17 box, with all the literature and even the case for the BTR17. There are only two possible explanations: 1. This seller doesn't have any idea what they are doing. 2. It's a scam. I have reached out to them, and will update this review as this situation unfolds, but you can be your own judge just by looking at the pictures.

    The product arrived in the retail packaging and was undamaged and as described it would have been nice if it was double boxed or in a padded envelope seems to be new but product was not factory sealed so it's hard to tell. Seller has some recent bad reviews so I was somewhat apprehensive but this sale so far has been pretty much uneventful
