  Item arrived opened and damaged, contacted seller and explained the situation. It was agreed that aus post must have opened the package. Went through the whole process to make a claim for compensation, the last thing that was needed was proof of purchase to be sent through from the seller/ business. They ignored my request and chose not to offer assististance leaving me out of pocket $240+
