I was able to purchase the hardware seperately from an online retailer and the seller refunded me the amount I spent on the hardware. Overall, the value of the item was very good. There wa a problem with the carrier for shipping speed (not the fault of the seller the carrier did not move the package for many days from drop off point) and the seller was very helpful and offered multiple options for a resolution that would make me happy.
