    Serious undisclosed damage. Agreed to partial refund adjustment. Will not participate in insurance claim. Although poorly packaged the damage was related to rot not shipping.

    I thought my partner had taken thorough photographs but I cannot find a before picture of the part of the trumpet with the issue so I can't verify if this issue was caused by USPS in transit, the box did sustain significant damage, but the buyer knows a lot more about trumpets than I do and seems to think it was an existing issue so we did settle on a partial refund. This was my first and last time selling a musical instrument on eBay! And the last time not taking my own pictures. Thanks
