Items is as described with feather down, wool cover. The pillow was properly packed in a protective plastic bag so no damage. I love the RL Tartan Bear!     I haven't taken the comforter and pillow shams out of the Ralph Lauren bag yet, but thankfully, they were wrapped in plastic since the box they were shipped in arrived with the comforter sticking out and the box was a mess. Hopefully, when I open it, all will be fine. Fast shipping though!
