  Seller gave an appreciated discount on the new pillow. Since shipping was $20 that help offset the cost a bit. Packing was well done. Shipping was immediate. Received before the Holidays. Items is as described with feather down, wool cover. The pillow was properly packed in a protective plastic bag so no damage. I love the RL Tartan Bear! If Le Luxe Co gets another please alert me Would definitely buy from this vendor again. Thank you!

  I reached out to the seller to let them know that they were dishonest in the description. They took no responsibility. They said it was NWT, brand new in perfect condition. The purse was packaged very well so the damage was not due to shipping. There is a kink in the strap and a dent taken out of the leather. This is a gift so it's disappointing that they did not mention this in the description. I would be wary of this seller using stock photos of items and deceiving buyers of cosmetic issues.

  Follow up*** the seller did say "apologize that the item did not meet your expectations. While I cannot offer an additional discount due to the already deeply discounted price, I’d like to make things right for you." Meaning I could return it for free. Then later said that they would refund the shipping cost.
