  The dog trainer collar that I purchased did not have a charger. The post explained that no charger was included. I planned to pair the collar with another remote that I already have. After receiving the collar I plugged it in and it did not charge. I mentioned the situation to the seller and received a quick reply saying sorry and was given full refund. Not everyone would have done that. They could have said item sold as is. This seller earned 5 stars for being a nice person!
